If you have heard about the Keto Panda Express, then you know it is one of the most talked about weight loss diets in the world today. It even made its way into one of the hit reality TV shows ”The Biggest Loser” as a special meal option. You are so dedicated to losing weight and keeping it off that you’re willing to take any weight loss pill that promises results. Does it work?
The answer to that question will vary from person to person and from situation to situation. As I write this, I am still learning about the Keto Panda Express KETO weight loss diet. I’ve been unable to find the answer to a very common question about how many grams of sugar a day to lose weight. Because of the huge number of diet plans out there, not all of them have the answer that you are looking for. This is the one question that I keep getting asked the moment I mention the word ”diet”. I really wish that I had an answer to that question.
Unfortunately, I don’t have an answer for that particular question. But I can tell you how the Keto Panda Express works. You make the drinks, the chocolate, etc., at home. You also get a special diet patch that you stick on your skin. There is no special fasting period involved either.
The reason why it is called ”Keto” instead of ”Ketocon” is because you are not supposed to fast. Instead, you take 1 gram of carbs per pound of your bodyweight per day for 3 days. After that period, you increase the amount of carb you take, up to 20 grams per meal, but never more than 20 grams in a day. If you were to go over the recommended daily allowance of carbs, it would be difficult to eat enough to make yourself sick.
One of the most popular meals is the loaf with broccoli and mushroom. With the low calories, it’s one of my favorite entrees. With this meal, you get to eat one side of the loaf with broccoli, one side with another vegetable, and one side with another vegetable. Most people don’t eat enough broccoli, which explains why they rarely go over the one gram per pound of bodyweight guideline. If you want to get more carbs, add some meat and/or cheese to the side of the loaf.
The other entree is similar to the original with a few variations. You can replace the mushroom with another vegetable like a red pepper, or just keep it the same. If you want to make it a little different, substitute half of the mayonnaise for a yogurt-like dip. With these variations, the original keto panda express recipe is still a winner, with only 4 grams of carbohydrates and just 11 grams of protein.
