Reddit Loseit is a new social bookmarking site that combines aspects of two of the more popular social networking sites, WordPress and Digg. The website Reddit is the home for ”reddits,” which are brief user contributions to the website. A ”reddit” is a small comment or explanation that a user may post to their profile. On Digg, a user can submit a short article or other content, and if it receives enough positive attention from other users, it will be posted on the homepage of the site. This is where Reddit Loseit differs from other similar applications. Rather than submitting your own unique content, you submit your Reddit username, and the site will then assign you a points system based upon how many people see your submission.

As with many social media websites, Reddit relies largely on user interaction as a means of increasing its overall traffic and buzz. By using Reddit Loseit, you can encourage your link popularity and subsequent traffic to grow by participating in a number of different conversations. Participating in conversations on Reddit is simple: all you do is start a thread asking a question or bring up an issue. At the end of your thread, you can leave a user rating, a short description of yourself and a link to your website.

There are a number of different ways to get involved with Reddit Loseit. One way is to make sure that your Reddit username includes your website URL, which will be featured in your initial post. In addition to contributing to conversations on Reddit, you can also promote your website and contribute to the conversation by providing links to it. This encourages users to click through to your website and potentially become regular users. As with Digg, the more support you provide for your link, the more likely it will be awarded with regards to Reddit Loseit’s user engagement metrics.

However, the idea behind Reddit Loseit is to take it one step further by providing the opportunity for others to get involved in the process and potentially get more involved with your website. The entire concept revolves around two key concepts: user engagement and user cooperation. User engagement refers to the process of being an active member of the community. It includes participating in discussions, answering questions and giving feedback, and maybe even actively submitting new content. On the other hand, user cooperation refers to the sharing of information between members of the community.

By taking the idea of Reddit and applying it to Digg it is possible to create a process of viral marketing where a former user can popularize your website by sharing it amongst other members of the community. It takes a little bit of creativity to figure out how to take this concept of Reddit and apply it to Digg, but we have done it before with several of our clients. We recently launched a project called Reddit Compliments where we had our client, editor joehamilton create a top ten listing for his favorite post from Reddit.

In our experience, the key to Reddit’s success is to keep on communicating with the community and to regularly communicate with the community through both thereddiquette and the Reddit masthead. The easiest way to do this is to make sure that you are making valuable exchanges with your peers and not just spamming everyone else on the site. If you are able to establish yourself as an expert, you will be able to get valuable exchanges with others. This will help increase your chance of receiving social feedback, which will in turn improve your chances of generating return visits. In essence, it all comes down to the concept of user cooperation and user engagement. If you can do well at this, you will be able to use Reddit to effectively leverage your traffic and to generate high quality targeted traffic to your site.
